Job Summary
Conduct daily appointments and build trusting relationships with prospective residents to meet deposit, reservation, and settlement goals. Identify, qualify, and own prospect leads through referrals, phone interactions, and face-to-face meetings, then follow through to inspire action. Participate in community marketing events and collaborate with the Sales Director and Strategic Marketing team on advertising campaigns and incentive programs. Provide leadership to the sales team by coaching Sales Associates, reviewing calls and contacts, and delivering education on Erickson Senior Living lifestyle and services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years successful marketing or sales experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Must successfully complete and pass an extensive Level 2 background screening
