Sales Counselor - Bi-Lingual Mandarin

Job Summary
Conduct sales for pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery services, and inventory while assisting families with selections and attending services. Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Maintain client confidentiality and manage offsite appointments with clients and at community events, using a personal vehicle for travel with mileage reimbursement. Requires bi-lingual Mandarin and English proficiency, a high school diploma, one year of sales experience, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Full-time or part-time hours available with mandatory full-time training in the first week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bi-lingual and able to speak, read and write in both English and Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales
- 1 year of sales experience
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
