Job Summary
Sales Coordinator provides operational and sales support to Ziegler’s sales personnel, including creating and maintaining sale and lease agreements, coordinating shipping and invoicing, handling walk-in traffic, and supporting transportation logistics. The role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, customer-focused problem solving, ability to work with diverse personalities, and collaboration with the team. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred or equivalent work experience) and 1-3 years of customer service/administrative support experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, and is based in multiple Iowa locations with on-site (in-person) work expectations.
Required Qualifications
