Job Summary
Coordinate all rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups while acting as a liaison between customers and branch departments to ensure expectations are met. Manage the RentalMan system for on/off rents, dispatch service calls for equipment and maintenance, and monitor accounts receivable reports. Create and monitor rental contracts and delivery tickets, maintaining continuous growth in knowledge of company products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities. Assist Sales Reps and Branch Management with these functions to support efficient, accurate, and timely rental operations. Prepare for future roles in sales and/or management through comprehensive business training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a desire to work in Outside Sales
- Must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time
- Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
