Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate sales activities for the Lenox location, including preparing quotations, processing incoming sales orders, and handling RMA requests. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, escalate issues to the applications manager or direct supervisor as needed, and coordinate customer emergencies with workshop and warehouse to ensure requirements are met. Follow up on quotations with customers and the sales team, and organize weekly kick-off and production meetings with the Local WSP Team. Send OA communications at the end of meetings, inform customers of changes affecting scheduled delivery, and collaborate with project accounting to resolve customer issues. Manage warranty orders as they arise and travel to other Valmet locations as required to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- two to five years experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
