Job Summary

Sales Coordinator role supporting Head of Sales at Thatsup by managing outreach, scheduling, and follow-up to move opportunities through the pipeline. Responsibilities include prospecting and booking meetings via phone and email, crafting written pitches after pre-sales meetings, handling incoming inquiries, maintaining structured customer dialogues and opportunities, keeping activities and processes organized in CRM systems, assisting with contract administration and documentation, and supporting the Head of Sales in nurturing the customer portfolio with collaboration from Customer Success and other teams to ensure a great customer experience. The role involves coordinating which leads are placed in the calendar, enabling the Sales Leader to focus on closing deals. Work is normally at the Stockholm office (Luntmakargatan 36) with freedom after taking responsibility. Ideal candidate is structured, administratively capable, social, comfortable with calling, takes initiative, and helpful; experience with prospecting, meeting-booking, and CRM tools (Upsales, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
