Job Summary
Sales Coordinator role providing support to the Sales Rep by coordinating activities, managing PO follow-ups and the Change in Demand process, updating SAP and Salesforce.com, performing data cleansing and master data maintenance, handling customer calls and quarterly business reviews, and assisting with returns/credits to drive account growth and customer satisfaction while delivering world-class service remotely.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales role.
- Client-driven with strong people skills.
- Excellent level of proficiency in business communication, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
