Job Summary
Sales Coordinator based in Singapore supporting the SEA Sales Planning and Operations team. Responsibilities include product catalogue planning for SEA, contracting system data entry and deal setup, workflow tracking for contracts, coordinating payments and deliveries, preparing sales presentations and marketing materials, budgeting and data management with Finance, and ad hoc Sales and Marketing support. Requires a degree and 0–3 years of related experience; must be able to work with cross-functional teams, be detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preference for familiarity with TV content rights, content catalogue management, and the US/Asian entertainment landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Technology, Business Management and/or Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Supply Chain related disciplines
- Typically 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, information systems, marketing, engineering, business consulting, supply chain, sales operations, business administration, or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc), Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Interest in Hollywood movies, US TV series, and Asian content
