Job Summary
Support the smooth running of the sales department by delivering proactive sales initiatives and maximizing total revenue. Respond to guest enquiries and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction and comfort. Execute assigned duties in a timely manner while collaborating with immediate reports to control costs and inventory. Achieve departmental plans and objectives, maintaining productivity and performance levels. Build effective working relationships, promote company culture, and ensure compliance with legislation for internal and external audits.
