Job Summary

Sales Coordinator supports the hotel sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communication, and assisting with sales activities to help achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, contracts, and sales agreements; maintaining client databases and sales reports; creating presentations and sales collateral; acting as a liaison between sales managers, clients, and hotel departments; coordinating site visits, client meetings, room blocks, and event details; supporting group bookings and banquet space coordination; ensuring contract compliance and accurate rebates/commissions; coordinating gifts and VIP promotions; uploading BEOs, resumes, and contracts to CRM; coordinating sales events and tradeshows; ensuring event spaces are prepared per BEOs; collaborating with Front Office and F&B to enhance guest experience and revenue; and performing additional duties as assigned. Key skills include excellent communication, organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, with a focus on detail-oriented administrative support for sales activities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with banquets, event planning, or sales highly desired
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and related software
  • Valid drivers’ license and a driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements
