Job Summary
Sales Coordinator for Open Access at Informa/Taylor & Francis to support Open Access agreements and collaborative partnerships. Responsibilities include gathering customer data from internal systems to generate reports for customers and sales; assisting in proposals, management reports, and CRM data entry; supporting setup and launch of global Open Access agreements; collaborating with the commercial sales team to meet revenue objectives; responding to customer queries via Salesforce; managing customer workflows and process improvements; providing training to internal stakeholders and external video training on a customer-facing platform; understanding service needs of internal and external customers; conducting business user testing across internal/external platforms; assisting librarian and author support; leveraging Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous); meeting deadlines, multitasking, and working independently or in a team; excellent written and verbal skills; customer-focused mindset; balanced working model with in-person and remote work, based in Abingdon/Oxfordshire, UK, with at least 3 days per week in-office when possible.
