Job Summary
Sales Coordinator role supporting the sales team through documentation, quotations, proposals, and presentations; manage purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices; maintain CRM records; act as liaison between sales, clients, and internal departments; schedule meetings and presentations; prepare sales reports and forecasts; analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales team; ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
