Job Summary
Sales Coordinator supports Sales & Marketing by performing general office duties, preparing sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders), promoting Marriott brand image internally and externally, gathering materials for information packages, and entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information in sales software. The role answers guest questions about facilities and services, serves as the point of contact for clients via phone and email, and helps maintain positive working relationships while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities include routine office tasks, documentation, and coordination to maximize revenue and guest loyalty, with emphasis on effective communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
