Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties (filing, emails, typing, scanning); prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders); promote Marriott's brand image internally and externally; gather materials for information packages; use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty; enter and verify information in sales software (commissions, leads, third parties); respond to guest questions about facilities, rates, packages, and events; act as the point of contact for clients via phone and email; adhere to company policies; maintain professional appearance; protect assets; collaborate with team to reach goals; perform duties including handling objects up to 10 pounds; other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience

- 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience (if applicable)
- Customer service skills
- Office administration experience
