Job Summary

Sales Coordinator with 2-3 years in hospitality/event coordination drives the smooth coordination of group stays, meetings and events. Acts as a liaison among guests, the Sales team, Operations, Food and Beverage, and suppliers to ensure events meet standards. Coordinates room blocks, banquets, and corporate/social events, follows up on group stays and operational details, clarifies needs with guests, communicates contractual requirements and works with internal teams and external suppliers. Supports the Sales team with requests, quotes, and follow-ups; participates in BEO meetings; aims to maximize meeting-space utilization and contribute to revenue and budget objectives. Requires strong organization, multi-tasking ability, Office proficiency, and excellent communication; occasional evenings/weekends availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to three years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales or a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of organization, planning and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive and service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Occasional availability on evenings and weekends, depending on event needs.
