Job Summary
Sales Coordinator role overseeing heavy/medium-duty truck inventory, warranty paperwork, and end-to-end truck sales processes. Responsibilities include maintaining Arcadium inventory with up-to-date photos, marking wholesale/auction units, coordinating transportation and service needs with the Service Department, managing customer visits and inquiries in the absence of a Sales Rep, preparing invoices, payoff requests, and registrations, handling closing of truck deals (licensing, title, payments, documentation), submitting trucks to floorplan, generating daily/weekly reports, obtaining recall information from NHTSA/SIR, managing stock transfers within the dealer group, and ensuring compliance with titles, MSOs, and state requirements (PennDOT). Requires attention to detail, high-volume data entry, strong communication, independent work capability, and willingness to attend training; location is Shartlesville, PA (US).
Required Qualifications
- Maintain valid Notary license and applicable certification training
- Proficient in high-volume data entry
- Strong computer proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to process data for management analysis
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
