Job Summary
Sales Coordinator responsible for driving hotel revenue by developing and executing sales plans across demand segments, managing key accounts through outside sales calls and property tours, and collaborating with the Front Office and leadership to maximize REVPAR and market share. The role includes assisting with promotional materials, handling administrative duties, and maintaining vendor and client information. Requires a hands-on, proactive team player capable of handling stress, delivering exceptional guest service, and contributing to marketing efforts to outperform competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in hospitality or hotel industry
- Ability to drive outside sales calls
- Strong communication and guest-service orientation
- Ability to read and develop marketing and sales plans based on demand segments
- Ability to prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with Front Office Team for group and corporate directives
- Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
