Job Summary
Sales Coordinator role supporting the property sales team at Hilton Columbia Center by greeting visitors, processing lead information, handling reservations, researching billing inquiries, compiling reports, and maintaining files. Interacts with group and business travel customers to qualify potential customers, communicates block status, enters rooming lists, monitors pickup, and manages reservation changes. Assists with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements; supports Director of Sales with reservations and group master accounts; maintains inventory and creates collateral. Participates in Sales Department meetings and coordinates meeting room setups and catering as needed.
