Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate sales calls, events, and associated logistics while managing sample shipments and inventory tracking. Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing trade shows and managing office logistics. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reach out to potential prospects via email and phone to grow sales opportunities. Maintain accuracy in customer databases and master data platforms while tracking project costs and recommending efficiency improvements. Report directly to the CEO, collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication across internal departments and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems
- You're comfortable lifting boxes or materials up to 50 lbs
- Have a reliable car to get to meetings, events, or stores as needed
- Able to be in our Boulder, CO office, up to five days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with master data platforms such as 1WorldSync, DOT Foods, and Sysco
- Background or experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Genuine interest in food, comfortable and familiar with cooking and food preparation
