Job Summary
Group Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Group Sales and Group Sales Managers in achieving departmental revenue goals, serves as a liaison between clients and internal departments, manages inquiries and lead responses, coordinates client site visits, sales trips, and tradeshows, and maintains accurate activity records in Delphi. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and representing Montage’s luxury hospitality brand with professionalism and attention to detail. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least two years in a luxury hotel/hospitality environment, and strong communication and organizational skills; office software proficiency including Microsoft Word/Excel and Delphi is required. Ability to travel within the property and assist with administrative tasks is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Delphi or comparable sales systems; experience with account management, tracking, and reporting required
