Job Summary
Sales Coordinator supports the Nordic sales organization by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate data, and high service levels to customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining customer and product master data in SAP, managing pricing, discounts, and customer agreements in SAP and PriceFX, handling listings/delistings/assortments, updating external databases, preparing sales reports (Power BI, BW, Excel), supporting KAMs with pricing and presentations, coordinating orders/pricing/deliveries, and resolving pricing discrepancies, claims, and EDI issues. Requires 3+ years in sales coordination, a degree in Business/Economics or equivalent, SAP and Excel proficiency, and fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or similar
- Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
- Experience in SAP and strong Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish (Finnish is a plus)
