Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator drives group sales and manages events across two Es Vedra Cinemas locations. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating event logistics with the Operations Team, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining outreach and follow-up records, developing sales collateral and promotional materials, and growing the client base through relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, Chambers of Commerce, DMCs, and CVBs. The role supports marketing initiatives, leverages social media, and participates in local networking to meet or exceed sales goals. Requires strong communication, highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to travel locally between sites and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in entertainment/hospitality/events
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and social media platforms
  • Ability to travel to work-sites as needed (local & out-of-state)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
