Job Summary
Sales Coordinator at Es Vedra Cinemas drives group sales and coordinates private events across two cinema locations. Responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating event logistics with the Operations Team, maintaining outreach records, creating sales collateral and promotional materials, and building relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and CVBs. The role supports marketing initiatives, participates in local networking and community events, and aims to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through proactive follow-up and client engagement. Requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment; requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel to local work-sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or events industry.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
