Job Summary
Sales Coordinator role supporting the hotel sales team by handling inquiries, leads, phone calls, reports, and general admin tasks. Responsibilities include assisting group, catering, and business travel clients with reservations, rooming lists, updates, and questions; helping prepare proposals, contracts, and group documentation; uploading signed agreements; managing on-property social media accounts (if applicable) and responding to guest reviews; collaborating with Convention and Visitors Bureaus; managing office supplies; and assisting with research, billing questions, reward points, and brand systems like Delphi or OnQ. Requires at least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, strong written/verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with hotel systems like Delphi.fdc or Opera.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Friendly, detail-oriented multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi.fdc or Opera hotel systems is a plus
