Job Summary
Communicate with decision makers and facility reps regarding pickups and deliveries. Accept customer orders via phone, email, portals, and EDI, then enter and audit orders in TMS. Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers while handling operational issues like delivery delays or missing documents. Monitor available orders, escalate with Operations as needed, and compile sales data for daily and monthly revenue reports. Update account data in Salesforce, prepare pricing for RFP submissions, and coordinate with Accounting for account credit. Quarterback Transportation is a fast-growing freight brokerage specializing in truckload shipments across North America. This hybrid role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $40K to $44K with a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a sales coordinator is an asset
