Job Summary
Sales Coordinator responsible for handling inbound sales calls, supporting the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and communications to ensure guest and client satisfaction. Acts as a liaison between front desk, sales, and hotel operations; manages pre-event, event, and post-event details (room blocks, group resumes, event orders, BEOs, billing, and related tasks); familiar with hotel products, function space, AV, and related services; uses digital sales systems (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS) and follows the hotel’s sales processes to achieve team goals; participates in internal meetings and training to advance professional growth within Concord Hospitality.
