Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage and coordinate the export of goods and services to international markets by ensuring compliance with export regulations and preparing documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to process orders, generate sales orders based on quotes, and facilitate inbound enquiries. Track shipments from order placement to delivery, update clients on status, and resolve complaints while maintaining accurate records of export transactions. This detail-oriented role supports domestic and export sales teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills a plus.

- Proven experience (1–2 years) in export operations,(preferred )
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and docPF
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP,Zoho) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
