Sales Coordinator

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while coordinating internal approvals and supporting sales teams during customer meetings and site visits. Maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM, manage client onboarding documentation, and handle inquiries related to sales and tenders. Monitor the sales pipeline, generate performance dashboards, and track competitor activities to support decision-making. Track sales orders, create picklists and delivery notes, and prepare invoices for commercial and individual clients, including follow-ups for payments. Liaise with operations for project handover documents and warranty certificates, and coordinate with media teams to ensure up-to-date marketing materials.
