Job Summary
Sales Coordinator provides flexible support across multiple sales departments, entering and managing orders in NetSuite, supporting sales reps with order entry and follow-ups, assisting with golf events, trade shows, and activations, coordinating with Operations, Production, and Customer Service, managing samples and inventory/shipping, tracking activity and basic reporting in HubSpot, and supporting licensing and Custom B2B initiatives as needed. Ready to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly to different sales environments are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalency in a related field.
