Job Summary
Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team by ensuring they have tools, supplies, and resources to deliver exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, qualifying inquiries, creating monthly lead/revenue recaps, assisting in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours, creating Sales & Catering kits and restocking the supply area, controlling office supplies, updating the Sales System with actuals after events, and sending Thank You cards and emails. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prefers hotel or resort experience, with an emphasis on an outgoing, engaging personality, strong computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
