Job Summary
Sales Coordinator (BDC) handles internet leads, gathers customer vehicle preferences, mines the existing customer database for purchase opportunities, qualifies business opportunities, follows up on leads via email/phone/text, and schedules dealership visits. Maintains knowledge of products and features, adheres to owner-follow-up and prospect development systems, and collaborates with the Internet Director to meet forecasted numbers while delivering high-quality customer service and supporting sales team efforts.
Required Qualifications

- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) with rotating Saturdays
