Job Summary
Manage sales order pipelines from contract signing to final delivery, coordinating with branch operations, sales engineers, and logistics partners. Verify order specifications and material finishes with customers, assist estimators with pricing tiers, and monitor production schedules to provide accurate delivery windows. Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers, maintain fleet availability lists, and document change orders and shipping delays. Provide regular milestone updates to clients, liaise with sales teams to ensure commitments are met, and handle work order administration including cost reporting and purchase order generation. Perform monthly fleet inventory in the yard while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service in a sales setting
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP software (e.g., Oracle)
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications for project tracking
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, with intermediate skills in Microsoft excel
- Exceptional time management, multitasking and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically
- Ability to stand and/or sit continuously to perform all essential job functions for an eight (8) hour day
- Ability to use hands and fingers to type
- Frequent ability to reach with arms, grasp with hands and arms
- Ability to provide verbal communication
- Ability to speak/hear and use specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to wear assigned and appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
