Job Summary

Sales Coordinator at Accor supporting Sales Managers with handling inquiries, creating proposals and estimates, blocking and coordinating guest rooms and function spaces, coordinating dining reservations, site inspections for wedding clients, preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, maintaining sales collateral and PowerPoint presentations, and providing administrative support. Requires 1+ year of administrative experience, hospitality exposure, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent communication, high attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Post-secondary business education is an asset.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience performing administrative work
  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail
  • Self-directed and efficient with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organizing skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
