Job Summary
Sales Coordinator National Accounts responsible for equipment ordering and invoicing, coordinating shipping/delivery, and maintaining relationships with national accounts, dealers, and branch personnel. Duties include processing orders, tracking delivery, processing credits/invoices, communicating order/status to customers, coordinating with dealers/branches, handling vendor invoices and required leasing documents, tracking warranty registrations/installations, and generating reports. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team environment; basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel). Minimal travel expected; the role supports internal and external stakeholders across a national accounts network.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Very little to no travel and overnight stays unlikely
Desired Qualifications
- College or associate degree, preferably in business.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work within team environment including corporate personnel retail Branch/Dealer network.
- Basic computer skills with Windows, Word, and Excel.
