Job Summary
Sales Controller responsible for driving commercial performance through financial insight, forecasting accuracy, and CRM governance across the sales organisation. Partners with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure achievable revenue targets, protect margins, and provide data-driven decision support. Key duties include end-to-end sales forecasting, pipeline and margin trend analysis, weekly/monthly leadership reporting, budgeting support, CRM governance and data quality, development of dashboards/KPIs, CRM training and user support, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to align actions and improve performance visibility. Must have hands-on CRM administration experience, strong analytics and forecasting capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering a major CRM platform
- Experience with dashboard building and reporting tools
- Strong sales analytics and forecasting capabilities
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and Power BI
- Experience in forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, and commercial modelling
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a disciplined and structured approach to governance
- Desirable: experience in logistics, manufacturing, technology, or professional services
