Job Summary
Sales Controller responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the sales organization; partners with Sales leadership to optimize sales performance, assess pricing initiatives, monitor expenses against budget, and support month- to year-end close. Requires strong Excel/financial modeling skills, ERP/BI experience, and the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Desirable advanced degree (MBA/Finance) and professional certifications; emphasis on collaboration across Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to drive financial integrity and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis methodologies
