Job Summary
Geelong-based Sales Contractor / Account Executive role representing Localsearch. Drive new business in your own patch, build long-term client relationships, nurture an active client base, and conduct regular performance consultations to act as a trusted advisor. Operate with uncapped commissions, manage your own territory, and invoice via ABN with fortnightly payments. Requires active ABN/GST (where applicable), public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and ownership of equipment and a vehicle. Emphasizes self-management, CRM (Salesforce) usage, lead generation, CRM cleanliness, and achieving quarterly targets. Flexible structure described as a business opportunity with autonomy over hours, patch, and tax/super responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active ABN (and GST registration where applicable)
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
- Your own equipment and vehicle
- Capacity to work with other non-competing clients
- Full responsibility for your own tax, super, and leave
