Job Summary
Lead generation and conversion of warm inbound inquiries into qualified mortgage applications; conduct thorough phone consultations; manage CRM interactions; guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing while ensuring regulatory compliance; build relationships and identify customer needs to connect clients with Chase’s financial products. Requires in-office schedule Monday–Friday with on-site training; strong MS Office skills; effective written and verbal communication; and adherence to licensing and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or relevant financial software
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to an in-office work schedule and participate in on-site training Monday through Friday, with varying hours
Additional Requirements
- Felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position
- NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act requirements will be required after start
