Job Summary
Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the new-home sales process, achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals, and deliver an exceptional home-buying experience. Responsibilities include proactive prospecting, marketing, follow-up with prospective homeowners, maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, collaborating with homeowners, Realtors, and team members, and understanding the loan process to present financing options. Requires strong verbal and written communication, proven prospecting and closing/negotiation skills, ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of new-home sales experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven closing and negotiating skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
- Proactive prospecting and marketing
- Understanding the loan process to present to prospective homeowners
