Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge customers, assist with sales enquiries and product selection, provide design advice where required, maintain store condition and merchandising, assist with stock transfers/ordering, process payments via POS, help with delivery of customer orders, and support stock receipt and damage/warranty processes. Requires proven retail sales experience, strong customer-service focus, solid computer skills (MS applications), ability to meet sales targets, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Saturday availability requested; role includes on-the-job training, staff discounts, and an initial onboarding period.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
- Driven to meet sales targets with a proven record of exceeding
- Ability to build effective working relationships
