Job Summary
Contact assigned leads via telephone, email, WhatsApp, or virtual meetings to qualify prospects on training needs, eligibility, budget, and delivery preferences. Advise clients on short ICT courses and full-time QCTO qualifications, explaining outcomes, entry requirements, and payment terms. Prepare quotations, proposals, and registration forms while conducting presentations to individuals and corporate clients. Handle objections, negotiate within approved parameters, and cross-sell relevant learning pathways. Secure completed registrations and payments before handing confirmed clients to internal teams. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Matric or Grade 12
- Proven sales experience, preferably within education, training, ICT or a related service industry
- Strong consultative sales and solution-selling ability
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong results orientation
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot or similar
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ICT short courses and QCTO qualifications would be advantageous
