Job Summary
Conduct sales consultations by understanding every customer's requirement and advising on the best storage solution from enquiry through to move. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing store standards, including Health and Safety and maintaining overall responsibilities. Achieve store bonus targets through individual and team performance, supported by a close management line and a sales development programme. Work full-time on a rota across five out of seven days, Monday to Saturday, with shifts running from 7:30am to 6:30pm (8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Full time, permanent role (40 hours per week)
- Worked on a rota across 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts fall within our opening hours – Monday – Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm (8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
