Job Summary
Conduct professional in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present product solutions. Demonstrate deep product knowledge, build strong relationships, and utilize persuasive closing skills to convert leads while overcoming objections. Deliver compelling sales presentations and implement proactive follow-up strategies to identify referral opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requires a proven track record in in-home sales, strong negotiation abilities, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Commission-only compensation with significant earning potential.
