Job Summary
Conduct Intro Calls and Post-Sale Discovery Calls with home services business owners to assess fit and uncover hiring needs. Execute multi-channel outreach via cold calls, emails, and SMS to build a pipeline of 70+ long-term leads and 30+ warm prospects. Maintain a "Book 2, Make 2" daily standard, averaging three appointments per day while managing CRM activities and weekly remote team meetings. Attend industry networking events monthly to strengthen relationships. This role supports small business growth within the home services sector through structured sales processes and consultative selling.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience as a Sales Consultant selling to home services or trade contractors (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.)
- 100% Remote position
- Greater Atlanta area preferred for occasional local networking and connection
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold video/SMS outreach, and consultative selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of being detail-oriented, thorough, taking ownership, and seeing tasks through to completion
- Positive, friendly demeanor and strong team-player mindset suited for remote collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Strong proficiency leveraging a CRM to manage sales pipelines, track activities, and follow up effectively
- Experience with Recruiterflow or similar recruiting ATS/CRM platforms
- Experience or familiarity with EOS (Level 10 meetings, Scorecards, Rocks)
