Job Summary
Conduct in-home sales consultations to present custom window solutions and capture before-and-after photos for marketing. Generate at least half of monthly sales through proactive prospecting and local networking events like BNI. Participate in daily morning huddles to review schedules and strategy. Master product guides and measurement techniques through initial owner shadowing. Must reside within a 30-minute drive of Daphne, AL and work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday appointments. Requires 2–3 years of sales experience, strong CRM proficiency, and a motor vehicle report clearance.
