Job Summary
Sell TriNet's comprehensive HR/benefits/payroll solutions to SMBs (5-99 employees) within a defined territory, building and managing a pipeline, conducting meetings with prospective clients (including C-level executives and business owners), writing and presenting proposals, gaining approvals, and advancing opportunities through a multi-step sales process. Prospect and develop a diverse pipeline via traditional outreach (cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn) and ecosystem partnerships, qualify opportunities, and leverage tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and quoting tools to manage daily activities and achieve quota. Travel within assigned territory; demonstrate TriNet’s core values and collaborate across teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; 1+ years of B2B complex sales experience expected. Proficiency in building relationships, presenting to decision makers, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
