Job Summary
Sales Consultant to pursue new prospects in defined territory, build a balanced pipeline, conduct sales meetings with prospective clients (including C-level executives and business owners), write proposals, gain approvals, and present proposals to potential clients. Must demonstrate the ability to manage a multi-step sales process, leverage tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, and effectively communicate to diverse stakeholders. Requires skills in qualification of opportunities, consultative selling, relationship building, and the capacity to travel within the assigned territory. Emphasis on achieving quota targets and maintaining organized activity schedules in a fast-paced B2B environment within HR solutions products for SMBs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience
- Typically 3+ years’ experience in B2B complex sales cycle role required
- Proven PEO experience preferred
