Sales Consultant, Trauma – Raleigh/Durham NC - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Job Summary
Develop and implement account-specific sales strategies to convert prospects and drive incremental sales within the Raleigh/Durham NC territory. Identify and qualify prospective surgeons, maintain appropriate contact during surgical cases, and present product solutions to operating room personnel. Build effective relationships with key surgeons and hospital staff while managing a book of business and achieving assigned sales quotas. Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials, educate surgeons through in-services, and respond to competitive threats. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel including weekends, and residence or relocation to the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate degree
- Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Ability to travel, which may include weekend and/or overnight travel
- Residence in or ability to relocate to the posted territory

- Minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience (for recently transitioned from Active Military Duty)
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in data analysis
- Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions
