Job Summary
Sell new and used vehicles and associated products to a loyal customer base while achieving agreed sales targets within defined operating and financial guidelines. Contribute to centre development plans and policies to ensure all sales tasks are completed smoothly and timely. Adapt communication skills to meet individual customer needs and work well under pressure to exceed performance targets. Operate in a customer-focused environment with guaranteed commission for the first three months and access to preferential servicing rates.
