Job Summary
Sales Consultant responsible for selling insulation and building-material product lines to residential and light commercial accounts. Identify prospective customers, generate and follow up on leads, conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts. Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs, monitor market conditions, meet monthly sales targets, communicate safety programs at sale inception, and manage the customer experience from initial sale to project completion. Requires 3+ years of sales experience in building products/construction, valid driver’s license if traveling for business, and the role is safety-sensitive with local travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
- THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
- Travel Requirements: Local >50%
